| What is the Extranet? | The Extranet is a place for sharing documents within BIEP (such as methodologies, values of indicators, audit reports, questionnaires, etc.). The Extranet is based on the Microsoft Sharepoint platform. Through secure access, BIEP members can upload files. (Important note: The extranet page is now optimized for the Mozilla Firefox browser only. Using other browsers can cause problems.) |
| How can I join BIEP? | It is easy! Contact BIEP team via biep@nku.cz. Send us the information about which SAI you are from and for whom we should create the access to the Extranet for. |
| How can I participate in an existing topic? | If you are not a member of BIEP, just join BIEP. As a BIEP member, log on the Extranet, look at existing BIEP results in the Documents section, and then share data and information in the selected topic. In the Discussion section of the Extranet you can find out what is currently going on in each topic. Share your experience or add comments to BIEP results in the topic's discussion. You can participate in topics at any stage. |
| Can I use results of BIEP cooperation in our national audit report? | Yes, you can use results of BIEP cooperation after approval of all participants. This will eliminate the misunderstanding of shared information. |
| How can I suggest a new topic for comparison? | If you are not a member of BIEP, just join BIEP. As a BIEP member, log on the Extranet, then create a new folder in the documents section, start a new discussion, and share your experience or define areas and indicators that you would like to compare. |
