Petr Neuvirt became Member of the SAO Board

On December 16, 2010, RNDr. Petr Neuvirt was elected by Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to become Member of the Board of the Supreme Audit Office (SAO). Chairwoman of the Chamber of Deputies Miroslava Němcová administered his oath on December 21, 2010. Neuvirt had worked at the SAO as Senior Director of the Audit Section. He was substituted at the position by Ing. Stanislav Koucký, who had previously worked at the SAO as the director of one of the audit departments.
Petr Neuvirt has been with the SAO since 1993. His 17-year long career at the SAO included 6 years at the position of an auditor and methodologist, 1 year as an internal auditing coordinator, 6 years as the senior director of Administrative Section and 4 years as the senior director of Audit Section.
Stanislav Koucký has been with the SAO since 1995. He worked as an auditor in the SAO’s regional department in Kutná Hora and was reassigned to Security Department in the SAO headquarters in Prague in 2002. In 2005 Koucký became the director of Security Department and in 2006 was appointed to the position of the director of the I. Audit Department.
