Bulgarian delegates took interest in qualification and professional growth of the SAO employees

From June 16 to 19, 2008, a delegation from the Bulgarian National Audit Office, headed by president of SAI Bulgaria Valerij Dimitrov, visited the Czech Supreme Audit Office (SAO).
The visitors aimed at cooperation of both institutions with their nationa parliaments, they also focused on information about the functions, struktures, and pravomocech of both offices, and paid attention to descriptions of the audit process and ensuring the quality of auditing operations performed by the SAO.
“The guests took a great interest in the educational system andprofessional growth possibilities of the SAO employees. The delegates from SAI Bulgaria notified of tah auditing activities of the BNAO and operation of the office. At the end of our meeting, we discussed ways of a potential cooperation of our institutions in the future,” said František Dohnal, president of the SAO.
