Delegates from Danish Parliament and from the supreme audit institution of Denmark at the SAO’s headquarters

On May 7, 2015, Danish ambassador in the Czech Republic and delegates from Danish Parliament as well as from the supreme audit institution of Denmark (Rigsrevisionen) met with President of the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic (SAO) and other SAO’s representatives at the SAO’s headquarters in Prague.
On the agenda of the working meeting were issues related to functioning and organisational structures of supreme audit institutions in both countries, relations of the SAO and Rigsrevisionen towards their national governments and parliaments, and audits aimed at utilization of EU funds in the Czech Republic and in Denmark. The guests from Denmark learnt about newest methods applied by the SAO when preparing audits and using the public administration informational systems, and were also told about the SAO’s reports on the EU financial management in the Czech Republic as well as the possibilities used by the SAO to inform the state administration authorities, the Government, and the Parliament about the SAO’s views and outcomes.
