Delegation from the National Audit Office of China visited the NKU

At the turn of February and March 2015, the delegation from the National Audit Office of China lead by Mr ZHANG Tong, Director at the Vice-Ministerial level, visited the Czech NKU. The discussion with NKU representatives focused mainly on fight against corruption, audits on fixed assets investment, and accountability audits of government and public officials.
Chinese guests also expressed an avid interest in the status, powers, and organisational structure of the NKU as it was stipulated in the Act on the NKU and in the Constitution of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, they were informed about procedures regarding an audit and possibilities of promotion of auditors.
Following this, the Chinese colleagues presented basic information on their Office, auditing system, and audit procedures in China. They expressed their thanks for being accepted at the NKU and invited the Czech representatives to a reciprocal visit of the CNAO.
