The regional conference EVVO 2012 - main theme: sustainable energy

On October 18, 2012, representatives from the Supreme Audit Office, Member of the SAO Board Mr. Petr Neuvirt and Ms. Michaela Rosecká from the Department of International Relations attended the regional conference EVVO 2012, which aimed at the sustainable energy issues.
During the plenary session, the SAO representatives informed participants about the SAO’s international project, which resulted in issuing a publication “Auditing Sustainable Energy – Guidance for Supreme Audit Institutions”. In the afternoon session, the SAO representatives together with Mgr. Tomáš Tožička from the EDUCON company led a workshop entitled “International Context – Sustainable Energy“.
The regional conference EVVO 2012 provided a possibility for the SAO to introduce its specialized and educational activities to the public. Participants of the conference paid great attention to the presentation at the plenary session, took large interest in the auditing guidance publication, and actively attended the workshop.
