The Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic is a member of a project group which monitors examples of good practice of supreme audit institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as audits carried out in response to the pandemic.
This EUROSAI project group has now published its first report which summarises the group’s activities and its progress in the past year since its establishment. Within the project group, auditors from individual SAIs are able to exchange information and experience on topics connected with the COVID-19 pandemic and the response of each country to the pandemic. The Supreme Audit Office has offered its successful project BIEP (Benchmarking Information Exchange Project) to serve as a platform where members of the project group can share information and cooperate more easily.
The National Audit Offices of the United Kingdom and Finland are the two leaders of the project group on Auditing the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
