On October 10–11, 2013, the annual meeting of representatives of supreme audit institutions of EU countries and European Court of Auditors took place in Vilnius, Lithuania. On the meeting agenda were outcomes of working groups, which had been established by the Contact Committee, as well as new goals for the future period.

Kontrolovali například náklady na výpočetní techniku, kancelářský materiál, na úklid nebo na právní, poradenské a konzultační služby.

Za tu dobu vzniklo 504 tisíc datových schránek. Například v roce 2012 zaplatil stát za poslání 45 milionů zpráv 803 milionů korun. Jedna zpráva tak vyšla v průměru na víc než 17 korun. The Supreme Audit Office (SAO) performed an audit of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and its final accounts, financial statements, and closing accounts submitted for the year 2012. The audit report states that 2012 final accounts of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs failed to give true and fair view of the subject of accounting and the Ministry’s financial position as bad evidence amounted to CZK 11,000 million.
Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad se zaměřil na spolehlivost údajů účetní závěrky, na finanční výkazy a na závěrečný účet Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí za rok 2012. Podle kontrolorů nepodává účetní závěrka ministerstva věrný a poctivý obraz předmětu účetnictví a finanční situace ministerstva, protože v ní kontroloři zjistili celkovou nesprávnost ve výši 11 miliard korun.
The Supreme Audit Office (SAO) performed an audit that scrutinized costs and assets related to the Employment Office of the Czech Republic, which was created in April 2011 from the former 77 regional employment offices. Auditors aimed at the new informational system for payments of social allowances, which started its operation in 2012 in relation to centralisation of non-insurance payments by the Employment Office of the Czech Republic.
Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad se zaměřil na přínosy a náklady zřízení Úřadu práce ČR, který vznikl počátkem dubna 2011 sjednocením sedmasedmdesáti samostatných úřadů práce. Kontroloři prověřili také nový informační systém pro výplatu sociálních dávek. Ten naběhl do ostrého provozu od začátku roku 2012 a jeho zavedení souviselo se sjednocením výplaty nepojistných dávek pod Úřad práce ČR.

At the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office in Brno, President of the Supreme Audit Office (SAO) Mr. Miloslav Kala and Supreme Public Prosecutor Mr. Pavel Zeman signed a collaboration agreement. The Agreement aims at intensification of mutual cooperation of both the institutions.
