Representatives of the Parliament of Slovenia arrived at Prague for a business visit that lasted three days from June 11 to 13, 2008. They met with members of the Audit Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament, later with Jan Málek, Undersecretary of Finance, and on June 12, 2008, the representatives met František Dohnal, president of the Supreme Audit Office.
From August 2007 to March 2008, auditors from the Supreme Audit Office focused on the state property and financial resources managed from 2005 to June 2007 by the Czech Post, s. e. From September 2007 to March 2008, auditors from the Supreme Audit Office performed an audit of financial resources earmarked for the Joint Regional Operation Programme for the period from 2004 to 2007, which were spent on development projects in tourist trade and on revitalization in selected towns.
