2009 balance accounts of Ministry of Agriculture gave fair and true view of accounting
From March to September 2010, auditors from the Supreme Audit Office (SAO) were performing auditing operation No. 10/07 that examined the closing accounts submitted by the Ministry of Agriculture for the year 2009 as the supporting documentation to the closing account for the state budget chapter. Auditors scrutinized whether the Ministry had followed the applicable legislation when preparing the closing account.

Cílem další z kontrol Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu bylo prověřit spolehlivost účetní závěrky k 31. prosinci 2009 předkládané Ministerstvem zemědělství jako podklad pro závěrečný účet kapitoly státního rozpočtu. Dále také prověřit, zda ministerstvo postupovalo při sestavování závěrečného účtu kapitoly za rok 2009 v souladu s příslušnými právními předpisy.

Cílem kontroly Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu zaměřené zejména na systém zabezpečení přípravy akcí a výběr akcí k realizaci v rámci ročních rozpočtů Státního fondu dopravní infrastruktury v letech 2008–2010 bylo prověřit, zda došlo k odstranění nedostatků zjištěných v předchozích kontrolních akcích (KA). Representatives of Georgian SAI learned about the project for human resources management
From November 29 to December 2, 2010, representatives from the Chamber of Control of Georgia visited the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic and learnt about the systems of human resources management and professional training at the SAO. Georgian representatives said they could use the experience acquired at the SAO and other international organizations to reorganize the HR system of their SAI.
Gruzínce zajímal projekt řízení lidských zdrojů
Ve dnech 29. listopadu – 2. prosince 2010 navštívili NKÚ zástupci gruzínské nejvyšší kontrolní instituce, aby se seznámili se způsobem řízení lidských zdrojů a systémem vzdělávání na NKÚ. Důvodem této návštěvy je záměr gruzínské strany provést v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů zásadní restrukturalizaci a zájem seznámit se se zahraniční praxí.
Johannesburg, South Africa, hosted the XX congress of INTOSAI
From November 22 to 28, 2010, a delegation from the Supreme Audit Office (SAO) lead by president of the SAO František Dohnal attended the XX INCOSAI, which was hosted by the supreme audit institution of the Republic of South Africa. Over 500 delegates representing around 152 SAIs as well as 104 heads of SAIs and 54 observers attended the event.

XX. kongres INTOSAI proběhl v jihoafrickém Johannesburgu
Ve dnech 22. - 28. 11. 2010 se tříčlenná delegace NKÚ vedená prezidentem Františkem Dohnalem zúčastnila XX. kongresu INTOSAI (INCOSAI), jehož hostitelem byla SAI Jihoafrické republiky. Pozvání na kongres přijalo přes 500 zástupců členských nejvyšších kontrolních institucí INTOSAI ze 152 zemí a také 54 pozorovatelů.
